Andrew J. Dominik was born on September 26, 1886 in Krakow, Poland. He married Malvina Galkowska sometime around 1910-1915 in Illinois. The couple had only one child, Rajmund Bynedykt, born February 10, 1915.

His great-grandson, Andrew Arthur Green, is named after him. Nothing more is known about Andrew’s life. We don’t know who his parents were or when he came to America.

He passed away on April 10, 1969, and is buried next to his wife Malvina at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona.
